1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or email confirmation).


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, poor storage, or negligence.

  • Sale or clearance items unless faulty.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. We will confirm the return address and provide further instructions.

  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request approval.


5. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable postal service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
