We currently deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details if applicable.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where available) to monitor your delivery status.


5. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted:

  • Our courier will usually leave a calling card or contact you to rearrange delivery.

  • It is your responsibility to follow up and ensure the item is received or collected within the courier’s timeframe.


6. Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasionally delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier issues. We will notify you promptly if we expect any delays.


7. Delivery Issues & Damages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@320coal.com within 48 hours.

  • Include your order number and (if applicable) photos of any damage.


8. Special Instructions

If you have any delivery notes or special instructions (e.g., safe place, neighbour), you can leave them during checkout. While we pass these to the courier, we can’t guarantee all requests will be followed.
